Access File Recovery – How The Software Works?
Following are the steps of Access File Recovery process using SysTools Access File Recovery software:
Go to Start > Programs > SysTools Access Recovery> SysTools Access Recovery. Initial screen of the software appears as follows:

Click the “Browse” button to select the corrupt Access database MDB file. After clicking, you will see the following screen:

Choose the corrupt MDB file & click the “Open” button.

See the location path of the selected file in the following screen:

Click the “Recover” button. After this software will start the Access file recovery process as follows:

After the recovery process, you can see the repaired file with all its components like tables, views etc as shown below:

After previewing the contents of the repaired MDB file of Access database, click the “Export” button (present at in the bottom center of the above window) to save the repaired file to your system. After clicking, software will display the following screen:

Click the “Browse” button to save the repaired MDB file to the destination path selected.

Choose an “Export Option”
Only Schema: If you choose “Only Schema” option, the software will only create the necessary schema for the selected tables. You will have to select the tables that are to be saved from the left-bottom pane.
Schema & Data: If you choose “Schema & Data” option, the software will save schema as well data for the table. You will need to select the tables to be saved from the left-bottom pane.

After selecting an Export Option, click the “Export/Save” button.
